Overview
The PICO-IMX93 is System on Module (SoM) based on the NXP i.MX93 platform, integrating Arm Cortex-A55 application cores with a Cortex-M33 MCU and an Arm Ethos-U65 microNPU (0.5 TOPS) for efficient edge AI; it supports up to 2GB LPDDR4x and uses 32GB eMMC by default, provides MIPI-DSI and single-channel LVDS for display plus a 2-lane MIPI CSI camera interface, and exposes key I/O via PICO 70-pin Hirose connectors including RGMII Ethernet, USB 2.0, I²S, UART, SPI, I²C, PWM, GPIO/SDIO, with optional NXP IW416 Wi-Fi 4 and Bluetooth to help speed time-to-market, and it is supported by available Linux, Yocto, Android images and source code.
