Overview
The EDM-IMX93 is a System on Module (SOM) featuring an NXP i.MX93 dual-core Cortex-A55™ processor + Cortex™-M33, suitable for commercial temperatures (0 to 60°C) and industrial temperatures (-40 to +85C). Equipped with ARM Ethos™-U65 micro NPU, it supports MIPI-DSI + single-channel LVDS display, and 16-bit LPDDR4 memory. It belongs to TechNexion's scalable "EDM pin-to-pin" family, offering interfaces like gigabit Ethernet, USB, I2S, UART, SPI, I2C, PWM, GPIO for IIoT edge devices.
